NCT ID NCT06500793

First seen Mar 11, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This early-stage study tests how a new painkiller (PF614) moves through the body when taken alone or with another drug (nafamostat). Thirty healthy adults aged 18 to 55 will receive a single dose, and researchers will measure drug levels in the blood over time. The goal is to understand the drug's behavior, not to treat any disease.
