Eczema drug study checks for risky interactions with birth control and blood thinners

Summary
This study looks at how a new medicine called PF-08049820, being developed for eczema, changes the way other drugs work in the body. Researchers will give healthy women birth control pills, a sedative, and a blood thinner, both with and without PF-08049820, to measure differences. The goal is to gather safety and dosing information for future larger studies. About 16 participants will stay in the clinic for 25 days over 12-13 weeks.
