Summary
This study aimed to understand how the body absorbs, breaks down, and eliminates an experimental drug called PF-07220060. It involved 12 healthy adult men who received a single dose, either by mouth or by injection. Researchers collected blood, urine, and stool samples to track exactly how much of the drug the body used and how it was processed.
