Pfizer's new drug shows promise in early cancer trial

Summary
This study tests a new drug called PF-07104091, alone or with other medicines, in people with advanced breast, lung, or ovarian cancer that has spread or come back. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if it shrinks tumors. About 157 adults will take part, and the drug is given as a pill.
