New approach for treating penile curvature shows promise

Summary
This study is testing whether collagenase injections can safely reduce penile curvature in men with Peyronie's disease who previously received platelet-rich plasma treatment. Researchers will measure changes in curvature and ask participants about symptoms and sexual function. The goal is to see if this treatment sequence helps men who didn't get enough benefit from their first treatment.
