First seen Apr 23, 2026 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This early-phase study tested a combination of two drugs, pevonedistat and decitabine, in 12 adults with high-risk acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The main goal was to find the safest dose and check for side effects. Researchers also looked at whether the treatment helped shrink or control the cancer. This trial was not designed to cure the disease, but to gather important safety information for future studies.
