Summary

This study tests a new drug, pevonedistat, combined with standard chemotherapy (carboplatin and paclitaxel) in people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has already been treated with immunotherapy. The goal is to see if this combination can shrink tumors or slow cancer growth. About 27 adults with stage IIIB or IV lung cancer that cannot be surgically removed are participating.
