New scan could spot dangerous transplant complication sooner
NCT ID NCT07325253
Summary
This study is testing a new dye used in PET/CT scans to see if it can help doctors better see and understand chronic graft-versus-host disease (GVHD). Researchers will give the dye to 16 adult patients who have chronic GVHD affecting their joints and then perform scans. The main goal is to learn if the scan results match up with the patients' symptoms and if the scan might even show changes before symptoms get worse.
