First seen Apr 26, 2026 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study is looking at 80 people with a genetic heart condition called arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy, which can cause sudden death or heart failure. Researchers want to see if a special PET-MRI scan can detect inflammation in the heart muscle that might affect how the disease progresses. The goal is to better understand the disease and possibly guide future treatments, but this study does not test any new therapy.
