New scan aims to spot elusive brain tumors
NCT ID NCT07456878
Summary
This study is testing a new combined PET/MRI scan to find small pituitary tumors that regular MRI scans can't detect. It involves up to 5 adults with hormone disorders caused by these tumors, but whose current scans are unclear. The goal is to see if this new scan can accurately locate the tumors to help doctors plan better treatment or surgery.
