Summary
This study tests whether adding a pet fish to a teen's diabetes routine can improve blood sugar checks and control. Sixty kids aged 10-13 with type 1 diabetes will pair fish feeding with glucose monitoring and tank cleaning with weekly blood sugar reviews. The goal is to make diabetes management more engaging and consistent.
