Summary
This study aims to see if it's safe and practical for intensive care unit (ICU) patients to have visits from their own pet dogs. Researchers will carefully monitor 21 adult ICU patients and their dogs during short, supervised visits. The main goal is to check if these visits can be done successfully without causing harm to patients, dogs, or hospital staff.
