Summary

This study is testing a new imaging agent called 18F-4FN for PET/CT scans in 16 adults with chronic graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) affecting their joints. The goal is to see if the scan is safe and can help doctors see disease activity better. Participants must be at least 18 and have limited joint movement due to GVHD.
