New coaching program aims to ease chronic pain in veterans

Summary
This study tests a personalized coaching program to help veterans with chronic muscle or joint pain create and stick to self-care plans. About 30 veterans will try the program for 3 months. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and helpful for managing pain without relying on medication.
