Summary

This study tests whether a personalized self-management program helps gastrointestinal cancer patients adopt healthier habits better than a standard program. 120 adults with past or current GI cancer will take part in a 6-week training led by occupational therapists. The goal is to see which approach improves diet, exercise, and other lifestyle behaviors more effectively.
