First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests whether a personalized cancer vaccine, made from a patient's own tumor, combined with an immunotherapy drug (atezolizumab) and chemotherapy is safe for people with pancreatic cancer that has been surgically removed. About 29 adults with resectable pancreatic cancer will receive the vaccine and treatments after surgery. The main goal is to check for side effects and see if this approach can help control the disease.
