Custom-Made vaccine aims to fight aggressive brain cancer
NCT ID NCT07365280
Summary
This study is testing whether adding a personalized vaccine to standard chemotherapy helps control glioblastoma, an aggressive brain cancer, after initial surgery and radiation. The vaccine is made from the patient's own immune cells and tumor proteins. Researchers will compare how long patients stay cancer-free when receiving the vaccine plus chemotherapy versus chemotherapy alone.
