Summary

This study tested whether doctors could personalize the dose of a blood-clotting disorder medication (caplacizumab) based on regular blood tests. It involved 58 adults with acquired thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (aTTP), a rare and serious condition. The goal was to see if using the drug only when needed, guided by test results, was as effective as the standard longer treatment course.
