NCT ID NCT07318389
Summary
This early-phase study aims to control metastatic colorectal cancer by testing personalized drug combinations tailored to each patient's tumor characteristics. Researchers will enroll 100 adults with advanced colon cancer that has spread, using biopsies to identify resistance markers and guide treatment choices. The goal is to improve how long patients live without their cancer worsening by targeting the tumor's specific biology.
