Summary
This study is for adults aged 18-65 with moderate to severe depression that hasn't responded well to standard treatments. Researchers will use a personalized brain-mapping technique (pBFS) to guide magnetic stimulation (rTMS) and test if different doses can safely improve mood. The goal is to find the best way to reduce depression symptoms using this targeted approach.
