First seen Nov 18, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study is for people with oropharynx cancer who need radiation. It tests whether giving radiation to a smaller area of the neck can lower side effects without increasing the risk of cancer coming back. About 120 participants will receive personalized radiation plans based on their tumor spread, and researchers will track cancer recurrence over 2-3 years.
