Summary
This trial is testing a personalized approach to radiation therapy for people with advanced, inoperable lung cancer. It aims to see if adjusting radiation doses based on how sensitive a patient's tumor is can help people live longer and keep the cancer from growing. The study will compare this new personalized method to standard radiation treatment.
