Summary
This study is testing a new personalized approach to radiation therapy for people with advanced lung cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. Researchers will compare a new method that adjusts radiation based on how sensitive a patient's tumor is to standard radiation treatment. The goal is to see if this personalized approach helps patients live longer and keeps the cancer from growing or spreading.
