Scientists test genetic blueprint to Fine-Tune cancer radiation

NCT ID NCT05873439

Summary

This small, early-stage study explored whether doctors could use a patient's unique tumor genetics to personalize their radiation dose. It involved people with stage 2 or 3 non-small cell lung cancer that couldn't be removed by surgery. The main goal was to see if this tailored approach was safe and feasible when given alongside standard chemotherapy.
