One-by-One test aims to match RA patients with their ideal drug
NCT ID NCT06016517
Summary
This study aims to find the best treatment order for individual patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) by testing four already-approved medications one after another. Eighteen adults with active RA who haven't responded fully to their first treatment will try each drug for 12 weeks. Researchers will closely track each person's pain, joint swelling, and overall quality of life to see which medication works best for them.
