Summary
This study is testing a personalized approach to select biologic medications for people with psoriasis or psoriatic arthritis. Researchers will use a blood test to predict which biologic drug might work best for each patient, then compare outcomes to standard treatment selection. The goal is to better control skin and joint symptoms while also monitoring heart health markers over time.
