Custom cancer cocktails: matching drugs to your Tumor's DNA before surgery
NCT ID NCT05845450
Summary
This study is testing whether giving a short course of targeted drugs before surgery can better control colorectal cancer. It enrolls patients with non-metastatic, operable cancer and matches them to a specific drug based on the unique genetic markers found in their tumor. The main goal is to see if this personalized pre-surgery approach significantly shrinks or eliminates the tumor.
