Custom-Made vaccine targets tough cancers in early trial

Summary

This early-phase study is testing a personalized vaccine made from a patient's own tumor cells and blood. The goal is to see if it's safe and possible to create and give this vaccine to people with advanced pancreatic or colorectal cancer that has spread. About 300 adults with these cancers will take part to help researchers understand side effects and how well the vaccine works.
