Smart antibody monitoring could slash pemphigus Flare-Ups

Summary
This study compares a personalized maintenance therapy for pemphigus, where rituximab is given based on antibody levels, against the standard treatment of rituximab plus corticosteroids. About 133 adults with newly diagnosed moderate-to-severe pemphigus will take part. The goal is to see if tailoring treatment to antibody changes can prevent relapses and reduce steroid use.
