Summary
This study tested whether a personalized nutrition plan, including extra amino acids, could improve muscle quality and recovery in 40 men undergoing surgery for gastric cancer. Half received standard care, and half received a tailored supplement. The goal was to see if this approach reduces muscle fat and weakness after surgery.
