NCT ID NCT03627923
Summary
This study aims to understand how healthy children's blood sugar responds to different foods. Researchers will collect data from 200 children, including blood tests and gut bacteria samples, to create a computer program. This program will predict an individual child's blood sugar response to food, with the future goal of designing a personalized Mediterranean diet plan for them.
