Summary
This study looks at whether telling people their genetic risk for heart disease, along with personalized advice, helps them adopt healthier habits. About 650 hospital staff members aged 40 and older will get genetic testing and a one-on-one meeting with a heart doctor. The goal is to see if this approach improves lifestyle scores and lowers cholesterol over six months.
