Summary
This study tested a personalized approach for patients with advanced head and neck cancer that had worsened despite prior immunotherapy. Doctors analyzed each patient's tumor to select one of two drug combinations to add to a standard immunotherapy drug. The goal was to see if this tailored strategy could help control the cancer's growth.
