Summary
This study tests a personalized monitoring and treatment plan for 1,000 adults with familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP) who have had their colon removed. The goal is to see if tailored check-ups and early removal of polyps can keep the rate of advanced growths or cancer below 5% over 5 years. Participants will have regular endoscopies, and doctors will remove any concerning polyps found.
