Summary

This study tested whether personalized educational sessions could help adults with uncontrolled high blood pressure take their medication more consistently. It involved 511 Hispanic adults who were randomly assigned to one of two educational programs. Researchers tracked if participants took their pills using special bottle caps and monitored their blood pressure over six months to see if the education made a difference.
