New computer method aims to perfect drug doses for transplant patients

NCT ID NCT06063213

Summary

This study is testing a personalized computer program designed to help doctors find the best dose of anti-rejection drugs for people who have received a liver transplant. It aims to better balance the risk of the body rejecting the new organ against the side effects of the medication. The study will follow 40 transplant patients for six months to see if this personalized approach leads to fewer rejection episodes and infections.
