Summary
This study is testing a personalized approach to dosing an antifungal drug called voriconazole for patients with blood cancer. It compares using a patient's genetic test results to guide dosing against the current standard method. The goal is to see if the personalized method helps more patients quickly reach the right drug level in their blood to fight serious fungal infections effectively and safely.
