Summary
This study aims to see if tracking tiny pieces of tumor DNA in the blood can help doctors predict when melanoma treatments might stop working. Researchers will follow 136 adults with stage IIB-IV melanoma who are having surgery followed by standard drug therapy. The goal is to learn if changes in this 'circulating tumor DNA' can signal treatment resistance earlier than current methods.
