Could a custom diet, guided by a tiny sensor, tame diabetes?
NCT ID NCT06832059
Summary
This small pilot study is testing a new approach to managing type 2 diabetes. It aims to see if using a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) to track blood sugar can help dietitians create a personalized 12-week diet plan for each participant. The goal is to see if this method is practical and acceptable, and to gather information for a larger future study on improving long-term blood sugar control.
