Flexible goals may be key to stopping diabetes before it starts
NCT ID NCT05559515
Summary
This study tested a new, more flexible version of a national diabetes prevention program. Researchers wanted to see if letting people with prediabetes choose their own health goals works better than the standard one-size-fits-all program at lowering blood sugar. They enrolled 214 adults and compared the two approaches over a year.
