Summary
This study is testing a new, personalized approach to therapy for major depression. Researchers want to see if matching therapy to a person's unique relationship patterns, called their 'synchrony signature,' leads to better mental health. The study will involve 78 adults with depression who will have their therapy sessions analyzed to see if this tailored method improves their symptoms more effectively.
