Summary
This study is for people with Parkinson's disease who are already scheduled for deep brain stimulation (DBS) surgery. Researchers want to see if placing electrodes in two different brain areas (instead of one) can better control symptoms. They also aim to develop a smart DBS system that automatically adjusts stimulation based on the brain's own signals. The goal is to improve movement and quality of life over several years.
