First seen Feb 11, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study looks at whether analyzing tumor DNA found in the blood can help doctors predict when melanoma treatment stops working. About 136 adults with stage IIB to IV melanoma will have their blood tested regularly. The goal is to see if changes in this DNA signal the need to switch treatments earlier.
