Summary
This study is testing a new 6-week program designed to improve how healthcare teams work together to manage chronic pain. It will involve 66 patients with long-term pain at three primary care clinics in Spain. The goal is to see if this more organized, team-based approach is practical and helps patients feel their care is better coordinated.
