Summary
This study tests whether a lab test (3D-PTA) that checks which chemotherapy drugs work best on a patient's tumor can improve outcomes after bile duct cancer surgery. About 98 adults with stage II/III bile duct cancer will be randomly assigned to receive either standard capecitabine alone or a chemotherapy combination chosen by the test. The goal is to see if the personalized approach delays cancer recurrence.
