First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study tests whether using a special test (3D-PTA) on a patient's tumor can help doctors pick the most effective chemotherapy after surgery for stage II/III bile duct cancer. About 98 adults who had their cancer fully or nearly fully removed will be randomly assigned to either standard chemo or a chemo chosen by the test. The goal is to see if the personalized approach delays cancer return better than the standard treatment.
