Summary
This study is testing a new, personalized system to help women get the right follow-up care after cervical cancer screening. It will compare standard care against two levels of reminder systems (letters and phone calls) to see which works best at getting patients to complete their recommended next steps. The goal is to make sure women with higher-risk results don't fall through the cracks and receive timely care.
