Summary
This study is testing a personalized cancer vaccine made from the unique mutations found in a patient's own tumor. The goal is to see if this custom vaccine, given with other immune-boosting drugs, is safe and can help control advanced or high-risk cancers. It is for adults with solid tumors who have already been part of a related research project to create their vaccine.
