Summary

This early-stage study is testing a personalized vaccine made from a patient's own tumor cells and blood. It aims to see if creating and giving this custom vaccine is safe and possible for people with advanced pancreatic or colorectal cancer that has spread. The vaccine is designed to help the body's immune system recognize and attack the cancer cells.
