Scientists test custom cancer vaccine made from Patient's own tumor
NCT ID NCT03361852
Summary
This early-stage study is testing a personalized vaccine designed to help the immune system recognize and attack follicular lymphoma cells. The vaccine is custom-made for each participant using genetic information from their own tumor. Researchers will give the vaccine, sometimes along with an immunotherapy drug, to about 20 patients to see if it is safe and can stimulate an immune response.
