Custom-Made cancer vaccine enters first human tests

Summary
This early-stage trial will test the safety and feasibility of a personalized cancer vaccine for people newly diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer. The vaccine is custom-made for each patient based on their tumor. Researchers will also test if adding an experimental immune-boosting drug makes the vaccine work better. The study will enroll 30 patients who are already receiving standard chemotherapy and immunotherapy.
